About the Recipe

Delicious recipe having combination of bread, sprouts and vegetables. Rather than having regular sandwiches try adding spicy sprouts inside. It will be healthy, filling and protein packed recipe.


2 wheat bread slices

1/2 cup mung sprouts

2 onions

2 tomatoes

1/2 cucumber

1/2 cup cabbage

2 tsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tsp coriander-cumin powder

1 tsp pav bhaji masala

Salt to taste


Saute chopped onion, tomato and cabbage with little oil on medium flame. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute again for few more minutes. Add mung sprouts. Cook for a while. Add pav bhaji masala, coriander-cumin powder and salt. Now, add above mixture,top it with few more vegetables like cucumber, capsicum and sliced onion. Add little (1/2tsp) oil/ghee. Toast the sandwich in a toaster or grill eat.
